  Needed a replacement tyre and also wanting a spare tyre for my small car. Did my research and this place was the closest to me and cheapest for my tyre. The Continental tyre was I got was all good as I knew exactly what I was getting as I had done my research and called in for a quote. I bought a continental tyre for $340 but I wanted a cheaper tyre for my spare. The owner S. agreed to order in a tyre but would not tell me what brand of tyre he would get in for me (I guess so I couldnt do any research on it!) I thought that was really strange and asked 3 or 4 times. However he just kept reassuring and stating over and over that it would be a good tyre at a budget price. He quoted $120 which sounded abit dodge as a budget tyre is around $80. However the tyres on my car are Continental so I thought maybe the spare tyre would be a more expensive budget tyre. I went into pay and S. said what sounded like $121 when he said how much I owed. I wasnt going to complain about $1 more than quoted so I paid with my credit card but then when I saw the receipt it was $129 so $9s more!! He gave me a Hifly tyre, which google tells me is a cheap china tyre and it has some bad reviews. Also its about $75. Im so disappointed as I also purchased a Continental tyre and wheel alignment from S. at $385 as well as wanting my spare tyre replaced. So Ive spent quite abit of money here and did not expect to be ripped off in this disgraceful way. I would have liked to find that he was trustworthy and honest as being a girl, good trustworthy mechanics are hard to find. I would not go back. And I dont recommend you go either!

  We were in the cannington shop today, looked for some help, there wasnt many staff, or many customers, my husband and i were looking at buying a king size matress for our boat plus 2 dense foam mattresses, but when we couldnt figure out the size on the packaging we thought we would get some help from your staff, when we asked to be served the staff member abruptly said i busy, so my husband went to the desk to wait as the man behind the desk was busy with another customer (and that was fine for us to wait our turn) what wasnt fine was he had seen us waiting there for about 15 minutes, a lady came up behind us, he finished with his other customer and turned and served the lady, he clearly knew that we were next but served her next with her $6 pool pump, when my husband said that he had been waiting for 15 minutes he didnt care at all, not only did this man lose our sale of about $500+ dollars i was dicusted with the way that we were treated......i wont be going to cannington branch again
