  We were in the cannington shop today, looked for some help, there wasnt many staff, or many customers, my husband and i were looking at buying a king size matress for our boat plus 2 dense foam mattresses, but when we couldnt figure out the size on the packaging we thought we would get some help from your staff, when we asked to be served the staff member abruptly said i busy, so my husband went to the desk to wait as the man behind the desk was busy with another customer (and that was fine for us to wait our turn) what wasnt fine was he had seen us waiting there for about 15 minutes, a lady came up behind us, he finished with his other customer and turned and served the lady, he clearly knew that we were next but served her next with her $6 pool pump, when my husband said that he had been waiting for 15 minutes he didnt care at all, not only did this man lose our sale of about $500+ dollars i was dicusted with the way that we were treated......i wont be going to cannington branch again
